ShrinKit Ltd had a inquiry where a client required full protection of a helicopter for it's journey from Norwich Airport to Germany. In the image is one of the contractor's which ShrinKit Ltd provided, holding one of our ShrinKit heat guns used in the process. Using shrink wrap helps to protect against factors which can cause damage to sensitive components when in transport or storage, such as dust and dirt contamination, adverse weather and impacts.
Shrink wrap was shrunk around the helicopter to provide a sealed, drum tight layer, ensuring no contaminants can enter.
