We hand make each and every ShrinKit Heat Gun, and we know that they are robust and reliable. We also know that accidents can happen, which is why we provide a repair service. We carry all of the spare parts in stock and can quickly repair your gun to full working order and return it to you.
As part of the repair we will also service your gun and replace certain parts for safety to ensure that is working at its best.
If you would like to return your gun to us, simple package it up securely and include your full contact details and the address we should return it to. Purchase a 'Service and Repair' from our website, print the receipt and enclose this within the box too. Then just send your gun to us and we will do the rest.
We should have your gun fully functional and returned to you within 5 working days. If you need your gun back sooner, please call us as we may be able to offer an express service. If you have any queries about this service please contact us.
